Frequent disconnect of internet

Sir,

i have an aircel number and also have an internet connection.i have recharge with RS 98/- internet browsing recharge voucer also.but whenever i try to browse, it get frequent disconnection within 1 min.this problem is not only shown when i try to connect with my laptop but also when i try to browse on my cell.hope you will help me in this...
