This Complaint is regarding PELSOFTLABS PVT LTD, CHANDIGARH.We as a company (ceremony planners) purchased bulk SMS software from this company for Rs3000/-.We were assured that we can send bulk SMS from their software and it will be delivered in 3-4 hours. But messages are not delivered even after 2 days in their report and status was shown expired after 2 days. Despite contacting their Branch manager in Chandigarh, Nothing has been resolved and we still are facing the same problem of non-delivery of bulk messages.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED FOR GIVING SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE.
