Aircel
Gprs is not activating

Epected sir,

my name is xavier thomas, iam sending this complaint letter from alleppey, kerala. sir i took aircel connection for the smooth and faster browsing in my mobile phone.i requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they didnot give response. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city (Customer care centres) for manual setings. But in alleppey there is no stores (centres) i reqest you with earnestly and hopefully to activate gprs in my phone.
