I would like to informm you that I have applied for the online banking and an Internet banking kit has been issued to me (Kit No. E609110544). I have tried to login using the username and password given to me in the kit but it shows that the login username and password is incorrect. I have tried to contact the person who has issued me the kit at branch office in Dharamsala but of no avail. Kindly help me in this matter by doin g the needful. My account no. is 30018074538.
