Iam SRUJAN KUMAR . i had taken beam cabel connection on 29/12/09 .from thst day i not geeting proper signling low speed & some of the websites are not opening. i had given complaint so many times recently also the complaint number is 517596 . i had called so many times but not responding . i asked the mto resolve the problem but no response . i had payed advance amunt 2300/-but not responding . plz help me return te amount.
