Lane Line & Net not working

I am working as General Manager in Oriental Plants & Equipments Limited in Coimbatore and my lane no 0422-4364815. For the past 15 days, both the Lane line and Broad band is not working. I have made hectic complaints to Airtel peoples but no result. The persons are Raja 8012233897 and North Coimbatore show Room Nandini 0422-4356826 (complaint no 8601380 on 10/12) and 0422-4371734. I have been wasting time and money, wife not able to go out, because they say that they will come but never turn out. Even the show room people never take the phone to attend the customer call. How can I pay money for not woring net as well as lane connection!!!? If you people can't rectify this, pls disconnect the line rigt now. Lot of other barnds on the door step to give connection. Pls do the needful. Thanks.
