Hi, We have hosted website http://www.phoolwala.com on http://hosting.b4uindia.com last three months back. This is on their Indian server. Since last three months our site has faced lot of problems and 4-5 times site have been down for very long time duration (24 hrs). We called on their customer support number but they do not pick the call. They do not provide any support on Sundays and holidays. They tells very smartly to send mails and also disconnecting the call by syaing that we are provide mails support only and raise the tickets.

We had requested many times that please do not let the down our site as we loose our important customers but they do not care of anyone. We asked for their MD maild and contact number but they neither connect call to him nor given his mail id.

We are fade up with their services so far as no proper help and support. their Indian server is almost down and websites are facing problems.
