To cancel my gameloft

Sir, i am using AIRCEL sim.every time i put the topup, but i am not full use money. the aircel company are taken it. Icall the customer care they are said that your phone gameloft will be opened, i tell that please cancel for gameloft.but they aren't helped with me.so, please kindly request for solve my problem.
