ALWAYS BROKEN NET CONNECTION ON PC

My aircel no 9762379648, always problem of broken link to net after every 2 to 3 minutes, i called to customer care not satisfied with their ans to format pc while vodafone working good on same pc, most of the users facing same problem & also speed low at 2-3kbps.
