Buyer beware, find another site to shop at

I purchased a Fitness Technologies MP3 player (UWaterG4) from this site and after only a few uses, one of the earphones stopped working. I tried to reach them to either return or replace (or just get some advise on how to fix) but no one ever got back to me. The website states that someone will reply back via email within 24 hours, but that is an absolute lie!!! Buyer beware, find another site to shop at!!!
