Net speed

Hello sir,

i took reliance HSD device in the month of September. At the time of getting the device.. the corresponding agent told me that this device will reach the 3mb/sec as the max net speed and 1 mb /sec is the min speed.

but from the 1st day to till now i did not get the speed as more than 70kb/sec...

so how can trust reliance
