After waiting over 3 months, we still have not received our order, and now the site is down

After waiting over 3 months, we still have not received our order, and now the site is down. I have been told that the items were back ordered, and then told they were shipped, however never got any tracking info, that was still over a month ago. We cannot even get into the site to do anything.
