Airtel
No network

I activated my Airtel 3G number 9007354903 on 10th December... but still I am unable to get 3G service, whereas I have bought the sim for Rs 475 with in-built 3GB 3G data usage..but whenever I am trying to connect with my modem, it only can catch 2G signals whereas Airtel 3G service is already present in our area... I called the customer care and complaint helpline but all in vain..what should I do???
