Poor company service

I sumit sodhi writing this complaint to let everybody know about cheap and poor customer service of low level company AIRCEL. i bought doungle of aircel by thinking that it would give me better service and plans, but it did'nt work at my place because of not network coverage area. i could'nt believe that, because there is no mobile company who is not covering enough network. then i went to go back to return it, then floor in- charge did'nt even bother to find out what happened. so through my experience i would suggest everybody NOT TO SWITCH AIRCEL COMPANY ANY PRODUCT... THANKS
