Very poor customer support

Hathway really does not support its customers. I have lodged the complaint regarding the ON and OFF of the internet service. When asked the agent said it was a problem for their end. The SERVER had an issue. When called for help NO help was provided. The connection is still ON and OFF. I want a permanent solution for the issue. The complaint has been lodged 7 days back. Complaint number 7650101. Had called the customer service number 022-67134600 several times. But they have the same thing to say " your issue will be solved". But their is no response. Please Help... Either I have to go for another broadband service or get this issue solved. The problem is I have to pay the deposit for a new connection once again.
