i have booked a datawind product UBISLATE in March for delivery of April

but i sill waiting for this product

on 11 sep. i received a mail from datawind that if you convert you order UBSLATE to UBSLATE 7 Ci then you will received your product within 48 hr. but 8 day's go away and i am in waiting

i already done payment in March

please help me sir
