Unsatisfied by Customer Care Service

Tata Docomo customer care aren't solving my internet connection problem. I pay more than Rs.155 for 5 GB usage and I used only 1GB. I have Internet settings also. And other companies sims not giving any error. So it's their responsibility to solve my problem. But now they are not taking my calls.
