My Photon number is 9212039382 and i tried to submit the same complaint from phoyon website but it is giving me an error of "contact administrator", My main concern is stated below :

I bought this photon with a 1st month free 6GB usage at a speed of upto 3.1mbps but the worst speed that i am gettng is below 1 mbps and sometimes 0.50mbps. Your customer care executives just know how to disconnect the call when they are not able to give any solution to the customer.

Hope to get this issue fixed as soon as possible or else i am leaving this service.
