Product not received

I ordered for a product (order #100003506) on the 15th of November (via net banking) and got a confirmation email. Post this I have not got any communication from the company nor have they answered any of the numerous emails I have sent. They have no contact number listed and no one replies to online queries submitted on their website nor the emails sent to their cust care (cs@bhaap.Com)
