Didn't even release offer letter after clearing two rounds

Same happened to me with CTS they didn't even relase offer letter till now. i contacted several times with the hr they said this week we will release, next week like that two months passed but still hopeless..the interview happened wiht two levels of round and HR round. really this is disgusting. very vbad comaony
