Return of Product with in 7 days

Dear Sir,

I HAVE RECEIVED THE product "Zync Tablet - Z930" ORDERED VIDE ORDER NO. 3001758833 on 13-12

WIFI IS NOT WORKING ON THIS TABLET. ITS RANGE IS VERY LOW.

RANGE IS SHOWING NEAR WI FI ACCESS POINT ONLY.

IT shows WI FI NOT IN RANGE AFTER 1 METERS ONLY.

As per Indiatimes.com's "return policy", product can be returned with in 7 days of delivery.

I want to Return/ Cancell the order.

I contacted Indiatimes.com's representative on 17-12 vide call ID 578980,

he informed me that product can not be returned if it is under warranty and

It can not be returned even with in 7 days of delivery.

Please help, I have also made complaint to Indiatimes.com's as per details given below but till date no response is received.:
