Internet connection problem

Hi

i am mamta Patel . my account code is 7005220756 and my land line no. is 07614007315. I just switched my plan from 899 to 599 because of internet problem but after switched even internet is not working little bit now what i can do. This my 3rd complain but no any action. Where i can go for solve my problem who will solve pl z solve my problem pl z now i am so frosted with air-tel internet.
