Broadband not working

Dear Mr. Sunil Mittal,

I was a very satisfied customer of Airtel having about 15 connections including CUG in my Company besides Broadband & Landline connections,

Till about 1.5 months back.

For the last 1.5 months broadband & static IP at below mentioned connection is not working despite repeated calls at CC

Nodal and Appellate.(will be clear from the trailing e mails)

For the last few days every day a new Engineer calls asking what is the problem and would again start from ABCD.

All my work is held up due to this.

May I request you to kindly help me in this matter at the earliest?

We are facing serious problem with one of the Broadband Connections details of

After repeated Phone calls to CC

We got the above Static IP

Thereafter Internet stopped working, we called up Customer Care

and were told the Connection has been Blacklisted.

The reason Could not be told to us.

May we request that the Internet service may please be started at the earliest

under intimation to us.
