Didnt ship the item even after 20 days

Didn't ship the item even after 20 days of payment.. every time i keep a query for them the reply is same with small change in revised date of shipping

Revised date of shipping is 10th after 10th it is 12th after that it is 15th.. after that it is 20th for sure... after that i am extremely sorry we will ship on 24th... so i cancelled the order...

The item is also not small one. it is galaxy note 2...

I05121202189 is order number for verification... and support is also very very bad... they wont respond to your queries before 4 days.. they at least require 4 days to respond.

Never buy from that site... i told them before also if u dont have product dont ask me to wait i will buy from other site...

and other thing they said is.. the price has gone up we cant ship product so pay extra money or wait... i have attached one ticket screenshot for proof.
