Unwanted Activation of v.a.s n deduction of balance

My mobile no is 9608766086.my problem is reliance gsm service provider activates vas on my number without my interaction. I Am very old user of reliance but I am fed up of these activations. I want these things to be stopped.so that I may continue using reliance gsm.pls solve my problem soon.
