Change wll to land line with broadband

sir, my name is UNNI NAIR P.my connection is under kombidi exchange sub of Mala exchange.

now i am using wll phone.but I am not able to get Internet with dial up connection. I made so many complaints about this to the concerning authority but they are all helpless. At last i given an application to disconnect Internet connection from my WLL phone on 18-9 already disconnected. And given an application for Land line with broadband Internet. MY both children are working abroad so it is very urgent to me get a broadband Internet. I am a senior citizen[1-6-1951]

So please consider my case sympathetically and alot me a connection immediately.the government of India provided so many special considerations for senior citizens must be taken care off
