Internet setting not sending

My bsnl no is 9417894984 and i am using sony xperia u model i requested bsnl on 1503 many times to send me the Internet setting so that i can use Internet on my mobile phone but irrespective of many calls they did not send me the setting and now their number 1503 does not let me talk to the executive . either they are not on duty or they are not performing their duty seriously. please make me available Internet setting on my mobile phone
