Airtel 3G Dongle - Configuration to Lava W150

Hi,

So I bought the Airtel 3G Dongle and got the number 8056122348. The dongle works fine for now, but try connecting it to a Lava W150 router and it doesn't work. So i tried reading online and did some changes on the admin page for the router by giving its APN and dial number. Still the router is not able to connect to the network using the dongle. So finally i called into the customer care at 18001030405 - got to the agent and to my astonishment. Everytime i got the agent they didnt understand what i was saying. :(((Cant we have agents who understand english support customers who choose english on the IVR??? All i need to know is what do i do to make that dongle work through the wireless router. Is there a document? A link? Its sold on the airtel website!!!
