Regarding wrong information about product

I have purchased an item (GOD OF WAR: CHAINS OF OLYMPUS (psp CD)). the platform of this order is PSP, but i have ps2. so i confirmed from the customer care of flipkart.com Mobile no. of flipkart from where i confirmed is 18004253347 and they said that this cd will perform in your ps2. so i placed this order but when i got the item then i found that this cd does not support with my ps2. this cdf support only psp only. so i called on the customer care no. for replacement so they said that we can't replace because it is clearly defined on our website that the platform of cd is PSP so i told him that i have confirmed from your customer care so they said then you must order this item from the customer care directly not from online. so just because of wrong information from customer care i got wrong item instead of correct item. so please help me out.
