Payment not refunded for cancelled product

Hi,

I have booked the order for Sony Laptop worth ~27000 Rupees (order #10314262) on 25-Aug from Timtara.com and paid using Credit card. It has to be delivered within 3 weeks. I have not received the product withing 3 weeks and enquired on their customer care and they keep me telling that We will call you back in 24 business hours but they never called back. After 2 months I have requested for cancellation and after lot much follow ups, my order was cancelled on 6-Nov. Since 6-Nov, status is being shown as "Payment refund Pending". I have been told that my money will be refunded in 7-10 working days after cancellation. However, I am still waiting for my payment refund from 2 months. Then, they told that there is some issues in refund in credit card account and provide your account details for Demand Draft, which I have shared immediately. However there is no update that when it will be received. They even do not reply email.s

Would request you to please assist me to get my money refunded.
