Timtara not refunding the money 7 months now

Dear sir/ Ma'am

I had ordered a product from www.Timtara.Com on 11th june for rs 5149 and payu gateway was used. They DID not ship the order thus the order was cancelled and till now they have not refunded the money.

I thus request you to kindly help me so that I can get the refund from them as soon as possible as it is already more than 6 months and I'M tired of calling and mailing them as there is no response from their side till date.
