Internet speed matters

I am using an internet connection of Airtel. According to our plan we have 10 GB surfing for speed 2Mbps, and after the 10 GB is over we will have to use the internet at a speed of 256kbps. But in this month the internet speed has reduced two times i.e. once it was reduced then again it came back to normal and then again it has reduced and our bills for the internet have been paid and we have no due bills, still we face this problem.
