have not seen such a Bad and Unprofessional service by any online Gift companies till date and I really regret that I used giftstoindia.com site to order a cake for my sister.

Following were the items that I ordered for my sister:

Firstly, The cake which was shown on the site in glorious colors and pleasant pictures is way apart from the real cake which was delivered to my sister. As per my sister it was not at all a Butter Scotch Cake and she is sure that it was not even a 1kg cake also, as ordered by us.

Secondly, the Message (shown above) that was suppose to be present with the Cake was not at all there. My sister was really not sure as to who sent the cake and from where.

Thirdly, The Teddy Bear (which cost us a 400 Rs) is still not delivered to my sister.

Even after repeatedly contacting them, they never reply you back.

Please save customers from such online companies.
