Not Refunding the amount

I bought Pierre Colsun Chinos Slim Fit Trouser from seventymm on 12th dec. They sent product of wrong size and after multiple calls to customer care they asked me to return the product. I returned the product on 19th Dec with my money they didn’t arranged reverse pickup, they told they will return courier charges as well. Till now i didn’t received any updates from them.

I raised 8-10 queries and sent multiple mails to their customer care but they are not giving proper solution every time they are telling “We are looking to the issue. We will get back soon asap”. It is more than 3 weeks till my amount is not credited. Complaint Numbers: 1648624, 1658415, 1658674, 1685784, 1689757, 1727037, 1727813, 1753499.

Please help me in this issue. Let me know if you want any details from my side.
