False speed commitment

Hi, this is to inform you that i Sangeeta pandey having a Airtel broadband connection landline number is 03340638045, after number of complaint to Airtel customer care regarding the net speed which was committed we never able to get that. Still no action been taken from their end and as if today also no one turned out from Airtel to resolve the problem. so i am registering a complaint to get the things corrected by your help.
