Money not refunded for order 2156604 which was cancelled on January 1st

I made an order on January 1st and paid using debit on www.shopclues.com with order number 2156604.

I called the ccare and asked them to cancel the order on same day. I was told that they will initiate refund in 24 to 72 hours and once it is processed it will take 7 to 9 working days to get credited on your bank. It's been 2 weeks now and when I call them they say refund is still in queue and is not even initiated. They told me again to wait the whole time frame mentioned above which is ridiculous. I sent about 6 email and got received only one reply asking me to wait another 2 weeks. Worst experience eve
