Unprofessional, Poor Quality of service provided Haryana

E2 Solutions is a web development company based in India. On first look, their portfolio seems very impressive and we chose them as the one who will provide us with what we wanted.

We provided them with details of the website we wanted and was quoted a total sum of US$5000. We agreed and signed the agreement on Aug. We were promised a maximum of 60 days (Including saturday and sunday) for them to develop the site. We paid them $2500 as deposit and the remaining to be paid after completion.

It is now 5 months and the project is not even half completed. They provided us with junk demos. The CEO of the company, Neeraj Khanna promised to deliver a functional site by 15th Jan and what we got was a RUSHED THROUGH work from them.

The CEO has the cheek to tell us the work is obviously rushed and says we cannot expect much.

Such unprofessional reply by the CEO of the company tells you what kind of quality work you can expect from the company.

We are currently taking legal action against E2 Solutions (India) including pressing for damages.

Nevertheless, Do exercise caution when choosing the right web developer.
