Took payment for product and never completed project. Even though they were under full contract to return payment if unsuccessful. Continually set back project and lied. Hyderabad

I signed up with this company to create a Website. We had signed a contract to detail timings, communication and return of funds if unable to complete the project. The contract was for a 2 month period and had to be re-written to extend the project twice for another 6 months. Still no progress was made to the site beside face design and they were still unsure about how to complete it although I sat with them continually explaining the project and even giving code and designs myself for them to implement.

After 8 Months I couldn't continue anymore and the contract had run out again. I called to canceled the project as it was not able to be completed by the company. In which the Director Satish agreed with and said he was happy to return the money as stated in the contract. Satish then consistently delayed the return of money week by week for 3 months and still hasn't returned it to this date although he admits the company has the money it just going to take a little longer.
I would highly recommend never dealing with this company. I've never dealt with such unprofessional acts in all my life. They took an up front payment of $1800 US and couldn't even get 10 face pages for the website working.
