Very bad experience with aircel postpaid

AIRCEL KOLKATA has worst customer service. I request everyone to not take aircel connection in KOLKATA.If you take, you will just harass. Because nobody in AIRCEL (lower to upper officer) do not hear your complain/problem, but making false promise. you will be exhausted after going AIRCEL store to store. They cannot compare customer care with airtel, vodaphone, tata AT ALL. ha... ITS A HELL AND HEAVEN DIFFERENCE. IF U TAKE (postpaid or prepaid), U WILL FALL IN TRAP.So just think twice..WORST, WORST, WORST
