Problem in Internet Connection

My Name is Sujith Raj, I like aircell but recentlly I can't browse Internet in my phone. I have recharged the pocket internet @ Rs14 on Saturday (10/9) but I can't browse my mobile internet it is showing the net work error. I tried a lot on Saturday and Sunday but I can't access it because it is fully showing the error message (Network Error) and I tried to call customer care many more times but I can't get the line to tell my problems.
