WORST SERVICE FOR GPRS-INTERNET

Dear Sir,

I am using a aircel GPRS for internet, few days back i was working properly. Now they have degraded their services, even after making complaint in customer care, i didn't get the solution. executive of aircel cleared the complaint, but the problem is as it was. after contacting (two days back) to the no given as 198 of aircel, executive says that you can contact network executive directly.i don't know how they are making the people fool. the details of SMS received for Aircel for resolving the problem is as follows.

Problems :

1. Signals from Aircel tower are OK

2. Data transmission (i.e. Speed after connecting) from their server is either 0 KBPS or 0.43 or 0.73 or 14 or 214 KBPS (too much variation is their)
