Low speed and frequent disconnection

My aircel internet connection keeps on disconnectiong constantly while downloading as a result i have have to restart my download progress from the beggining the download speed is also very poor at the back of the 98rs internet coupon it says 10kbps but i get only 3kbps even at the max it takes me 5 to 4 minutes even to load a page even though iam using a s60 3rd generation mobile so i want my problem to be fixed immediately iam from nagaland north eastern part of india
