Unjustified balance deduction/ mental harrasment

Dear sir,

My name is satish and my no is 9716119719 .The company has activated an undesirable service by themselves on my no and has been continuously deducting balance from my mobile. I have called there customer care staff but after putting me on hold cuts the line its been so torturing . please help me on this issue.
