Changing of the shipping address

Hi,

I applied for airtel Broadband services on May 29.Airtel confirmed that they will do the installation in 3 working days. However a month passed and no installation had been done. On complaining to Airtel, we were informed that our order has been cancelled.

However we want our shipping address to be changed to "Infosys Technologies LTD, Mahindra City, Paranur Village, Chengalpet Dist. CHENNAI-603002, INDIA"

It is our honest request that airtel sends back our money to the above address. We want to avoid any more hassles with the company called Airtel. Hope that Airtel does not harrass us while giving back the money (Rs 900) in the event of which we might need to contact Consumer Court.
