Cannot connect net

I am using airtel 3G for last 5 days and suddenly my connection gone. Now I cannot connect to the internet. when I call the customer service of airtel they are telling me to call another number for help and the same story going on. Now they taken a complain and time given 5 days to recover. I don't know why they can't explain the problem and why they ask for long time to recover?
