Airtel 3G Dongle & 3G SIM
Poor customer support

I had purchansed air tel Dongle and SIM on 11/09 from representative of Airtel Mr Shibam Mob No 7897287323 & 9919313169.The gentleman took Rs 1850 for dongle and promised to give Bill the next day. I had opted for bill of the sim by email. After lot of hassle and many calls to air tell customer care, i could get by SIM configured and use it about 2 days later. Since then, i am regularly requesting the Gentleman to give me the Bill for Dongle but he says that he has met with an accident and he will send somebody the next day will the bill but nothing has materialised so far.

I have also not recieved any confirmation on my email regarding monthly bill of the sim usage.

I have also contacted air tel helpline number 121 and spoken to represenative but to no avail. I am now fed up with the extremely poor response.
