Airtel/3g usb service
Terrible networking speed

I bought an usb 3g modem manufactured by micromax from airtel on the promise that i would be getting speed in excess 150kbps.but all im getting is the pathetically and hopelessly sluggish speed of 10-20 kbps.seldom does the speed jumps the 100kbps mark. I was conned into buying this service by airtel by the misleading information that i would be getting speed upto 384kbps, and the average would never go below 120kbps. they made me shell 3500 for the device and another 500 for the internet services. the browsing speed is so bad that at times no pages open. im in ranchi, jharkhand
