Airtel ADSL
Outage for the past 2 days

Service Request 10173776 raised on 11th around 1pm, was told will be fixed by 6pm on 11th, I called at 6pm and was told it will be fixed by 4pm pm 13th, I called at 4pm and was told it will be fixed by 5pm on the 19th!!! If Airtel does not see anything wrong with this then there is a serious issue with this company. I have to live without Internet for over a week, its unbelievable.
