Elated to internet charge (deduct from main balance)

Sir i have an internet plan of airtel (98 rupees) after using the internet through gprs the amount is deducted (lost) from my main balance. i have done a lotes of complane but all seems as useless .during that period i have lost approximate 300 rupees within 20 days (i am a student)
