No gprs data speed

Respected Sir,

I am using Airtel GPRS pack on my nokia C7, since few days i am unable to use internet on my cell data speed goes to 0 byte and got disconnection many time in a minute and its take long time to connect ..i cant log in in google talk... its disconnect in few second.

Even no response from customer care too.
